Yes, all our cars are insured and have additional roadside assistance insurance.
How can I pay for the car rental?
Do I need a credit card to rent a car?
A credit card is not required to reserve and rent a car from LuxRent. You will only pay for the car rental when you arrive to pick up the car. There is no advance booking fee for advance online bookings.
Can I smoke in the car?
No, smoking in the car is prohibited. A 150 EUR fine is applied for smoking in the car.
What to do in the event of a car breakdown or accident?
You must immediately notify LuxRent on +37061792299 and, if an accident has occurred, notify the police. We also recommend getting a police report.
What if I lost my car keys or documents?
If the keys are lost, a fine of 800 EUR is paid. If documents are lost – 150 EUR.
What should I do if I have damaged tires?
If you have not purchased additional tire and glass insurance, you are responsible for the damage to the tires or glass and must cover all repair costs, according to the LuxRent rate.
What are the speed limits for a rental car?
Exceeding the speed set by KET is prohibited. Over speeding can apply for 200 Eur charge and unilaterally terminate the lease.
Is it possible to go abroad with a rented car?
Unless otherwise agreed, cars can only be used on the territory of Lithuania.
